Our Strategic Priorities

To increase Latino median household income and transform our workforce, we will impact 15,000 households with an increase of $10,000 or more through upskilling and reskilling.

Latino entrepreneurs are good for communities and good for the economy. We seek to increase the number of Latino owned businesses by better connecting entrepreneurs with the full ecosystem of support.

Voter turnout is important to shaping policy that affects us and having a voice in the allocation of public resources. We seek to increase the voter turnout rate by 25 percentage points.

Education and segregation are important correlating variables to our work. We will support efforts to increase the % of Latinos with a college degree and to decrease segregation and mitigate its effect on our communities.
